Role Description
We're seeking a Head of User Acquisition to own and scale paid growth at Sequence.
You'll lead acquisition strategy, budget, and execution across discovery channels, including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and influencer partnerships, with a clear north star: scaling new users within healthy unit economics (CAC, LTV/CAC, ROAS) through rigorous testing, measurement, and optimization.
You'll manage a small team and external partners while building the operating rhythm that makes paid user acquisition work end-to-end, from audience strategy and creative iteration to performance analysis and scaling.
Requirements
:
- Proven ownership of multi-million-dollar paid budgets across Meta and other paid social channels, driving profitable user growth at scale.
- Analytical mindset: hands-on experience tracking performance data, identifying trends, and making fast, data-driven decisions.
- Creative x Performance: a track record of partnering with creatives to develop, test, and scale high-performing ads (hooks, formats, iterations).
- Leadership & Process: ability to build and lead a small, high-performing UA function (in-house + partners) with strong operational discipline.
- Measurement depth: expertise in attribution modeling, incrementality testing (geo/audience/time-based), and backend performance validation.
- Highly organized: fluent in spreadsheets and BI tools, with strong communication skills for clear reporting and actionable insights.
