We're looking for a hands-on customer success manager to join our media team. This individual is someone that will be focused on building customer loyalty and developing close, long-term client relationships, while driving business goals to ensure long term growth and success.

This role is perfect for someone who has strong communication and interpersonal skills, who is goal oriented and is passionate about delivering a high level customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer relationship management:

  • Own publisher onboarding, engagement and optimization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers

Collaboration and growth:

  • Gather customer insights, identify growth opportunities and translate feedback into actionable improvements
  • Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure continuous publisher satisfaction, loyalty and growth

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of experience in a customer management or account management role
  • Experience in adtech -
    huge advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Highly customer-facing attitude and mindset - strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Native or fluent English - a must

NOTE: This position requires you to be in our offices in Ra'anana 4X a week
