About the role

AtomicLabs is a fast-growing AI solutions startup helping businesses work smarter by seamlessly integrating advanced AI into their daily operations/activity.

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Projects & Operations Lead to act as the right hand to our Founder & CEO.

In this pivotal role within a small, high-impact team, you will be responsible for driving execution, coordinating cross-functional work, and ensuring that all business units operate smoothly and efficiently. You will serve as the operational "glue" of the company - ensuring seamless collaboration, communication, and efficiency across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the operational partner to the Founder/CEO, ensuring alignment, clarity, and follow-through across all company activities.
  • Take full ownership of new initiatives from concept to execution - including research, planning, and implementation.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage task tracking, timelines, and KPIs across teams; identify blockers and drive resolution.
  • Build and optimize workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency across teams
  • Document, summarize, and follow up on action items from internal meetings; ensure accurate communication with relevant units.
  • Manage external communications including client relations, conference coordination, and vendor management.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company operations and ensure that all tasks advance according to plan.

Requirments:

  • Proven experience in Operations, Project Management, Executive Assistant, or similar high-impact roles -

- Strong organizational and execution skills: a true doer who gets things done.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations.
