B2B Account Manager
to join our team in a challenging, dynamic, and rewarding role. This position offers full responsibility for managing business client portfolios, driving commercial growth, and creating a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of business client portfolios, end-to-end.
- Lead complex sales processes with direct impact on business results.
- Conduct field meetings, analyze client needs, recruit new partners, and expand existing activity.
- Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- A dynamic, professional, and supportive work environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in
field sales
within the
financial sector - credit, banking, or insurance -
mandatory
. - Demonstrated experience in managing business client accounts.
- Strong commercial mindset, initiative, and ability to drive business processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation, and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy.
