We're looking for a skilled
Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist
to lead and implement Salesforce-based solutions, manage end-to-end projects, and continuously optimize business processes across departments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead cross-functional CRM projects from planning to execution
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices and 3rd-party tools
  • Hands-on configuration: Lightning pages, flows, custom fields, permissions, validation rules, and more
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate needs
  • Solve real user issues and improve system logic
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements

What You Bring:

  • BA in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 3–4 years of experience managing projects and customizing Salesforce (including Service Cloud)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical mindset

  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English – other languages are a plus

  • Salesforce Admin certification – a strong advantage
