r to join our Engineering Department

.What you'll do

  • :Lead NPI processes – transitioning products from R&D to mass production (mechanical, electrical, and communication aspects)
  • .Work closely with R&D teams and manufacturing sites in Israel and abroad
  • .Provide engineering support for production issues and drive solutions
  • .Identify, analyze, and improve critical manufacturing processes
  • .Prepare and implement work instructions and change procedures

.What we're looking for

  • :Proven experience leading
    CCB (Change Control Board
    ) processes – managing changes to existing products
  • .Strong background with
    power systems and electrical circuit
    s
  • .Hands-on experience supporting products throughout the development lifecycle
  • .Ability to read and analyze
    electrical schematic
    s
  • .Practical experience with
    DFM/DF
    A methodologies
  • .Skills in troubleshooting and
    failure analysi
    s
  • .Experience in
    electronic desig
    n: DFT, validation, and defining test procedures
  • .Ability to provide support to development teams on electrical aspects of CCB
