Legal Assistant

Location: On-site (Sun-Thu) | International clients (primarily U.S.)

About the Role:

We are a cyber company assisting U.S.-based clients who have been victims of online fraud. We are seeking a professional Legal Assistant to join our leading legal and international team. The position is well-suited for advanced law students or junior attorneys who wish to work in a dynamic office handling international clients, with a strong emphasis on English communication and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Work closely with clients via phone, email, and Zoom, providing initial and ongoing assistance.

-Handle document submission and upload required materials into firm systems and open case files.

-Draft basic legal documents according to case and client requirements.

-Work closely with attorneys in managing case files and legal matters.

-Assist clients throughout all stages of the legal process.

-Conduct preliminary legal research as needed.

-Document and coordinate meetings, prepare summaries, and provide ongoing legal-administrative support.

Requirements:

-Advanced law student or junior attorney with up to 2 years of experience.

-Excellent English skills - written, spoken, and reading (working with U.S. clients).

-Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

-Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

-High attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills.

-Strong service orientation and interpersonal communication abilities.

Advantages

-Previous experience in an international law firm or in civil/commercial law.

-Familiarity with banking, AML, or fraud-related fields - a significant advantage.

-Full-time position, Sun-Thu, with flexible working hours according to U.S. client needs.
