We're Hiring – Customer Success Specialist

We're looking for a
Technical Customer Success Specialist
to guide our customers from onboarding and installation to becoming confident, happy users of our system.

What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding: install, configure, and implement our system for new customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues (Tier 1/Tier 2) using
    SQL
    and
    MongoDB
    .
  • Work closely with our development and support teams to improve the product experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Client Training.
  • Hands-on experience with
    SQL
    and
    MongoDB
    .
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Background in QA
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Experience working with APIs or system integrations.
