Role Overview

In this role, you will be the trusted partner for our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform. You will work closely with CFOs, finance teams, and decision-makers at growing tech companies, guiding them through onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead onboarding processes for new customers and ensure smooth product implementation.

Develop strong relationships with CFOs and finance teams to drive product adoption and retention.

Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product, sales, and tech teams.

Monitor customer health metrics, proactively address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.

Conduct regular business reviews and ensure clients are leveraging the full potential of Viewz.

Collaborate with sales to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements :

3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in a fintech or SaaS company.

Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., AP, AR, reporting, ERP).

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to drive customer adoption and retention.

Experience with CRM and CS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight) – advantage.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Fluent English and Hebrew – spoken and written (a must).

CPA (רו"ח) – a significant advantage.
