This role offers an opportunity to influence core enterprise systems that drive TASE's business and operational activities. You will work closely with business and technology teams, shaping advanced CRM capabilities in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

What you will do

  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premise)
  • Implement and configure business processes, workflows, and system logic
  • Create functional and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders across the organization
  • Partner with development, infrastructure, and security teams
  • Translate business requirements into technological solutions that support TASE's strategy

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365)
  • Experience in workflows, business rules, plugins, reports, dashboards, and custom modules
  • Strong knowledge of
    C# .NET
    and
    JavaScript
  • Experience in API development and system integrations
  • Experience in upgrades, troubleshooting, and end-user support
  • Excellent collaboration skills with IT, development, and business teams
  • Proven ability to analyze requirements and design solutions

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with DCP and Ribbon customization
  • Knowledge of CRM On-Premise architecture
  • Experience with GW Open API
  • Familiarity with CRM Online and Marketing Automation tools
