Position

Vegan Friendly is seeking a proactive, empathetic, and results-driven
Customer Success Manager
to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners across the US and UK. You will guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensure they are set up for long-term success, and provide continuous support that maximizes the value of their partnership with Vegan Friendly.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about customer success, relationship management, and advancing the vegan movement through meaningful business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Partner Success

  • Lead and manage the onboarding process for new business partners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Coordinate across departments (compliance, IT, finance, and marketing) to verify partner details and complete onboarding requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to new partners on how to maximize the benefits of their membership.

Relationship Management & Ongoing Support

  • Serve as the main point of contact for US and UK business partners, nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Maintain regular, proactive communication to address questions, resolve issues, and anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Act as an advocate for partners internally, ensuring their feedback informs our services and strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand partner engagement based on their goals.

Communication & Engagement

  • Develop and distribute newsletters to business partners and subscribers, highlighting opportunities, benefits, and industry trends.
  • Curate engaging content, including business catalogs, promotional materials, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with the social media manager and partnerships manager to align partner communications with broader marketing efforts.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Think creatively about ways to enhance the value of our membership program and improve partner satisfaction.
  • Contribute ideas to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize the customer success journey.

Qualifications

  • Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across cultures.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for CRM, payment verification, and data management.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in marketing, promotions, and partner engagement.
  • Passion for veganism, sustainability, and making a positive impact.
