Recruitment Manager
to join us and play a key role in shaping our people and culture.


What will you be doing?

  • Leading the recruitment function end-to-end, with a strong focus on tech positions.
  • Working directly with the CEO as part of the management team – influencing not only who joins us, but also how our organizational culture is built and sustained.
  • Being part of a dynamic, global, and innovative environment – with real challenges and plenty of opportunities to make an impact.


What matters most to us?

Proven experience managing recruitment (including managing recruiters) – a must.

Independence, initiative, and the ability to drive processes end-to-end.

Experience with high-volume hiring – a strong advantage.

And above all – a genuine passion for people, attention to detail, and the desire to grow with us.
