What does the role involve?
- Ongoing support and assistance for teachers, students, and school administrators using our platform
- Providing continuous support via chat / phone / email
- Short training sessions for new users
- Monitoring usage and customer retention
- Collecting feedback from the field and passing insights to the development and product teams
We're looking for someone who...
- Loves helping people and can explain things patiently even the third time around
- Is digitally savvy, independent, and organized
- Has full proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking and writing)
- Preferably has prior experience in Customer Success / support / customer service
- Is available for part-time work – with flexible hours (remote work possible)
