Role Description

  • Management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure and server farm.
  • Operation and support of IT equipment, communications, and telephony systems across company branches and the headquarters.
  • Providing support and ongoing service for approximately 130 users: system installations, updates, preparing workstations for new users, managing permissions, printer connections, and handling operational issues.
  • Managing the Helpdesk system and handling service requests.
  • Providing phone and on-site user support for various systems.
  • Troubleshooting issues requiring physical presence at the user's workstation.
  • Managing IT equipment inventory and software licenses.
  • Managing and supporting a Tier 1 technicians team.
  • Developing work procedures, technical manuals, and system documentation.

Qualifications

  • In-depth technical knowledge and experience working with operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server –

  • Management experience –

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the System field –

  • Practical experience with Active Directory, including GPO, DNS, DHCP –

  • Experience with virtual servers, primarily VMware –

  • Experience with networking equipment – Switches and Fortinet Firewalls –
    mandatory
    .
  • Full proficiency in communication protocols, monitoring tools, and real-time troubleshooting –

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 –
    mandatory
    .
  • Full proficiency with RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) –
    mandatory
    .
  • Previous experience providing support for over 100 users –
    mandatory
    .
  • At least 2 years of Helpdesk and Field Support experience –
    mandatory
    .
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues, including face-to-face and phone support –
    mandatory
    .
  • Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 information security standard –
    mandatory
    .
  • Advantage: experience supporting ISO standard implementation in an organization.
  • Knowledge of the Priority ERP system –

  • Relevant technological education or appropriate certifications –

  • Valid driver's license –
