to join our office in Israel. This role oversees field-level systems and procedures for procurement and logistics of relief commodities.

In the role of
Procurement and Logistics Officer
, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and act a consistent witness for Him.
• Support the overall logistical success of projects.
• Provide maintenance and improvement of project procurement systems, processes, and procedures.
• Develop and prepare effective and consistent procurement packets and tracking commodities.
• Provide reports on procurement statuses for Operations Manager and Senior Management Staff.
• Manage strategic relationships with customs clearance, airport authorities, NGOs, military logistics personnel, and merchant procurement teams outside of country.
• Assist Operations Manager with decision-making procedures related to field operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field and four (4) years experience in Procurement and Logistics roles; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) to three (3) years experience in implementation of emergency response procurement and logistics in complex international environments preferred.
• 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.

Travel Expectations:
