We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC)
to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who's both analytical and creative - passionate about performance marketing, data, and driving measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, create engaging ad copy, and test continuously to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to boost ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, eCommerce, and content teams to drive growth.
  • Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, and platform updates in digital advertising.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven success managing paid media budgets.
  • Experience with eCommerce, especially in fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, automation tools, and CRO principles.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
