Marketing & Social Media Specialist
who combines
strategic thinking with hands-on execution

This is a
standalone role
owning the entire marketing operation — from building strategy to executing campaigns — while working closely with sales, product, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business and sales goals.
- Create high-quality, hands-on content across all formats: website, landing pages, social media, blogs, video concepts, campaigns, and more.
- Lead and manage the company's digital and social media presence to support growth and conversions.
- Plan, launch, and optimize data-driven, ROI-focused campaigns across major digital platforms.
- Work directly with senior leadership — presenting insights, metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to build accurate messaging, product positioning, and marketing assets.
- Leverage
AI tools
to accelerate content creation, research, optimization, and campaign performance. - Manage external suppliers, media partners, freelancers, and creative vendors — including briefs and deliverables.
- Analyze marketing performance, extract insights, and translate them into actionable next steps.
- Lead marketing projects in a young, energetic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and campaign management — mandatory.
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversions, KPIs, and ROI-driven performance marketing.
- Hands-on content creation skills: writing, storytelling, video concepts — significant advantage.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with full hands-on execution.
- Experience working with product teams and supporting product messaging.
- Strong command of social media platforms and community management (including Facebook groups).
- Experience managing external vendors/suppliers.
- Proficiency with AI marketing tools (content creation, analysis, optimization).
- Highly independent, organized, creative, and results-driven.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a young, energetic, collaborative vibe.
