We are an international fashion brand seeking a
fluent English speaker
to join our Social Media Customer Service team. In this
full-time role
(5 shifts per week), you'll be the first point of contact for our customers across social media platforms, providing fast, friendly, and effective support through comments, direct messages, and B2B communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via social media (DMs and comments) and B2B platforms
- Represent our brand voice and values while addressing questions, feedback, and concerns
- Investigate issues and provide accurate, helpful solutions to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex cases when needed

- Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-first mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with evening and weekend shifts
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
- Confident using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels
- Interest in fashion and awareness of current trends
Schedule
- Full-Time (5 shifts per week)
- Shifts may include: 09:00–18:00 or 14:00–23:00
- Evening and weekend availability required
