We're looking for a professional and proactive
Administrative Coordinator
to manage the organization's day-to-day operations.

What the Role Involves:

  • Administrative Management
    : Scheduling meetings, writing meeting minutes, and tracking tasks.
  • Ongoing Communication
    : Responding to members and working with various external interfaces.
  • Event Production
    : Assisting with the organization of conferences, workshops, seminars, and managing webinar programs.
  • Budget Management
    : Responsibility for the organization's accounts and budget tracking.
  • Social Media Management
    : Operating the organization's social media accounts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operational role, specifically with a background in a medical or healthcare organization – a must
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Office, Zoom, and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and with a high degree of self-motivation
  • Service-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Personal responsibility, dedication, and attention to detail
  • High-level English proficiency
  • Advantage
    for previous remote work experience and familiarity with the neurology field
