We are looking for a highly talented Employee Experience Specialist to join our HR team
As an Employee Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment.
In this hands-on role, you'll help bring people together, drive engagement, and keep our company culture alive and vibrant.
What will YOU do?
Manage and execute various projects and initiatives that enhance our employees' experience.
Partner with local teams to plan and execute social and team events.
Oversee end-to-end operations, including budget management, planning, and execution.
Collaborate and negotiate with a variety of vendors.
Coordinate and support all training sessions and professional courses on-site in Israel, including logistics, communication and more.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Currently a student pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Communications, or similar).
Experience in an employee experience or similar role within the high-tech industry.
Experience in the end-to-end execution of large-scale welfare activities and events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Design capabilities in Canva.
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in HR or Internal Communications.
