Our AI-powered platform produces vulnerability-free base images that integrate cleanly into existing workflows, helping security and platform teams eliminate patching overhead without slowing down developers. Backed by top-tier investors and led by second-time founders who previously built the first software supply chain security company, which was later acquired by Aqua Security, we've gone from stealth to serving global enterprise customers in under six months.

We're looking for an Office & Employee Experience Manager to lead our Tel Aviv office operations and take our employee experience to the next level. You'll be at the heart of our fast-growing startup, creating an environment where everything runs smoothly and people genuinely love coming to work. This role combines hands-on operational excellence with creativity, culture, and care.

What you'll do

  • Lead all aspects of day-to-day office operations at Echo's Tel Aviv office, including facilities, vendors, supplies, and office logistics.
  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience in the office every day.
  • Build and execute a yearly employee experience plan and budget, bringing creative, meaningful, and out-of-the-box ideas to life.
  • Plan and manage company events, and team activities that foster connection and culture.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective, reliable, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain workplace standards that reflect Echo's values and energetic startup culture.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for all office and employee experience needs.

What you bring

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or employee experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong operational and organizational skills, able to manage multiple moving parts with precision.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, logistics, and budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; approachable, positive, and solution-oriented.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Passion for creating meaningful, memorable experiences that strengthen team culture.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on. You get things done and take pride in the details.

Preferred:

  • Creative mindset with fresh ideas for events, recognition, and employee engagement.
  • Experience creating and managing annual experience budgets.
  • Strong understanding of what makes a great office culture in a fast-growing startup.
  • Familiarity with workplace operations tools or systems (e.g., budget tracking, facilities platforms).
