We're hiring

I'm looking for a
Jira & Atlassian Expert
to join the
Data & Tools Center of Excellence (COE)
within a large and innovative enterprise organization.

This is a strategic role at the intersection of
data, processes, and technology
, focused on driving data-based decision making and continuous improvement across the company.


What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage organizational
    KPIs, OKRs, and performance dashboards
  • Own and evolve
    Jira & Confluence environments
    – governance, configurations, and process optimization
  • Implement new tools and methodologies to improve measurement and delivery practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights


What we're looking for:

  • Hands-on experience managing or implementing
    Jira / Atlassian tools
  • Strong understanding of
    KPIs, process metrics, and dashboards
  • Proven experience in
    Agile / Technology organizations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
