We're now looking for a Senior Programmatic UA Manager to join our winning team — someone who lives and breathes performance marketing and knows how to scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale programmatic user acquisition campaigns across multiple DSPs, ad networks, and preload partners.
  • Develop and execute performance strategies to meet CPA, ROI, and LTV goals across multiple markets.
  • Optimize campaigns through constant A/B testing, bidding strategies, creatives, and segmentation.
  • Own relationships with external media partners, DSPs, ad networks, and mobile OEMs.
  • Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, data, and product teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
  • Identify and test new media channels and programmatic opportunities to grow our user base efficiently.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic UA campaigns via DSPs (e.g., DV360, Liftoff, Moloco, etc.).
  • Experience with ad networks and OEM/preload partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • BA/BSc in a quantitative field – advantage.
