AutoDS, recently acquired by Fiverr, is seeking an experienced
Senior Influencer Marketing Manager
to join our team Operating independently under the AutoDS brand with the support of Fiverr, a public company, we offer a unique blend of agility and stability. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our company and high-level influencers and affiliates. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance, nurturing relationships, and exploring growth opportunities. You will review content, craft effective marketing strategies, and foster strong connections. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset are essential. If you're enthusiastic about partnerships, adaptable to feedback, and keen on driving collaboration, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
:
- Review influencer and affiliate content and marketing practices to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Respond to influencers' and affiliates' requests and conduct outreach as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships, providing ongoing resources to partners to optimize their performance.
- Perform competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
- Establish partnerships with top agencies and integrators to reach potential enterprise customers.
- Engage with potential partners via phone, email, and social channels, and document processes to determine the most efficient avenues.
- Write marketing briefs and collaborate with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns.
- Recruit and identify new Affiliates/IBs and maintain relationships with existing ones.
Qualifications
:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in partnership management or influencer marketing.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-value partnerships and influencer campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in high-level English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a history of securing advantageous agreements.
- Ability to track and measure the success of influencer campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize partnership performance.
- Creative thinking and the ability to provide strategic direction to influencers while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans that align with company goals.
- Background in working with YouTube influencers is a bonus.
