Company Description

A leading company in the design and construction of advanced greenhouses and agricultural structures, specializing in climate-controlled solutions, irrigation, ventilation, and energy systems, is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead its core technological activity.

Role Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
  • Develop innovative products: greenhouses, net houses, tunnels, and advanced agro-structures.
  • Oversee engineering design, system integration, and turnkey project execution.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and represent the company in client meetings in Israel and abroad.
  • Drive process improvement, material innovation, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Civil / Construction Engineering (M.Sc. – advantage).
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in complex engineering projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in agricultural or structural systems – strong advantage.
  • Fluent English – required (additional languages – advantage).
