The Role:
As
a Senior Business Development Associa
te, you will play a central role in identifying, initiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive HAAT's growth. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-value relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring successful collaboration with key partners. Your data-driven mindset and creativity will help turn ambitious projects into reality.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner Network Development: Identify, initiate, and establish new strategic partnerships and collaborations aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and support existing relationships with strategic partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and cooperation.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms using analytical data.
- Track and analyze partnership performance; identify and implement improvements.
- Build professional relationships with senior managers.
- Generate new business development initiatives and maintain a commercial pipeline.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to integrate partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of strategic partners' campaigns, from pre-sale research to campaign launch and optimization
.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of experience working in consulting firms or high-impact cross-functional positions.
- Capacity to leverage data insights to drive business decisions, optimize operations, and enhance business performance.
- Proven ability to negotiate with key accounts.
- Passion for analytics: enjoy deep diving into problems to find root causes; proficiency in digital ad metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies (e.g., descriptive statistics and graphs).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must).
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience working directly with enterprise restaurant advertisers or similar.
- Independent in solving problems within your capabilities and proactive in asking for support when needed.
- An empathetic, inclusive, and curious
attitude.
