We are hiring a
Salesforce Implementer
to join one of our key financial clients . This is a great opportunity to lead complex Salesforce projects end-to-end within a dynamic and highly technological environment.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Salesforce Implementer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in
    Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
    , including relevant certifications.
  • Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • System customization, including creation of custom objects, fields, pages, reports, and dashboards.
  • Defining automated processes using
    Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
    .
  • Managing user access and permissions (
    Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles
    ).
  • Collaboration with development and integration teams.
  • Ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Full documentation of implemented processes and solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Quick understanding of complex business processes.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
