מתן תמיכה והכוונה למשתמשי מערכת ה-CRM לאורך כל מחזור החיים של המערכת

ניהול יישומי מערכת ה-CRM הארגונית, פלטפורמת החברה על טכנולוגיית Salesforce – כולל הבנת הפתרונות, ביצוע בדיקות אינטגרציה, הגדרת דרישות עסקיות, ותמיכה בהעלאת תהליכים חדשים לאוויר

הבנת הדרישות העסקיות והטכניות, והעבודה עם צוותי פיתוח ויישום של החברה ליישום פתרונות מותאמים

יצירת ותחזוקת Flows ו-Lightning Components לצורך אוטומציה של תהליכים עסקיים, פישוט פעולות משתמש ושיפור ביצועים של המערכת.

ניהול משימות ופרויקטים על ציר זמן תוך שמירה על עמידה ביעדים

דרישות התפקיד:

  • BSC במדעי המחשב, תעשייה וניהול או תחום טכנולוגי רלוונטי – חובה
  • לפחות 3 ש"נ כמיישם/ת Salesforce – חובה
  • ניסיון בעבודה עם מתודולוגיית Agile
  • היכרות עם מערכות CRM נוספות – יתרון
  • הבנה טכנולוגית רחבה ויכולת ללמוד כלים חדשים במהירות
  • מיומנויות תקשורת מעולות עם יכולת לעבודה מול מגוון לקוחות פנימיים וגורמים חיצוניים
  • יכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית ומרובת משימות
  • ניסיון בעבודה בתחום הביטוח – יתרון
  • תודעת שירות גבוהה ויכולת עבודה עצמאית עם ריבוי ממשקים
