We are seeking a data-driven and performance marketing - oriented individual to join as a
User Acquisition Manager
. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing our digital acquisition channels, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results and meaningful business growth.

You will work closely with external agencies, BI and data teams, product managers, and internal marketing stakeholders to combine
performance marketing expertise
with
data analysis
.

Your role will include building dashboards, analyzing the digital sales funnel, and driving continuous optimization across campaigns (including large budgets) and different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Oversight: Manage and monitor PPC, SEM campaigns with external agencies to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates across channels. Build Customize dashboards in Looker Studio for ongoing reporting.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the full digital customer journey, identifying drop-offs and opportunities to improve conversion rates.
  • Data Collaboration: Partner with BI, data teams, and product managers to define tracking events, improve data accuracy, and support advanced analysis.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the internal marketing team on creatives, messaging, and copy to improve CTR, CPA and overall performance.
  • Budget Management: Work directly with C-levels to allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Plan and run A/B tests across creatives, messaging, and funnel touchpoints to drive continuous improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on competitor activity and digital marketing trends.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between external agencies, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing (PPC, SEM, digital acquisition) – Must.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console.
  • Experience working with BI/data teams and developers to implement accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze) – advantage.
  • Experience with SEO strategy and implementation – significant advantage.
