We are seeking an experienced Data/Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Science & AI group. In this role, you will be a key contributor in analyzing and translating complex datasets into actionable insights within the cybersecurity domain, directly supporting strategic decision-making. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, design BI dashboards and reports, and foster a data-driven culture across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize strong SQL skills to analyze large and complex datasets.
  • Identify business processes, trends, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.
  • Design and develop BI reports and dashboards using tools like, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, etc.
  • Create data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data analysis and BI tools, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field emphasizing statistical and analytical skills.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst with Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Proven experience with Snowflake
  • Proven experience in creating BI reports and dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud computing platform is preferred.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity data sources and metrics.
  • Knowledge in Python is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Datadog is a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and AI concepts is also a plus.
