About Us:

At GenieLabs, we're revolutionizing art and LiveOps creation for gaming studios through our unique platform. By training AI models based on customer-supplied data, we generate the art needed to support innovative and efficient game development. We are looking for an AI Designer Artist / Tech Artist to join our team. This role bridges technology, customer collaboration, and artistic expertise to help shape the future of AI-driven game art.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Product Implementation
  • Guide studios in using the platform effectively, from onboarding to day-to-day generation workflows. Provide hands-on support and best practices to help them succeed.
  • Train AI Models
  • Fine-tune art models using customer-supplied datasets, ensuring relevance and stylistic accuracy. Use tools like Flux, Stable Diffusion, or internal systems to generate high-quality characters, environments, and UI assets.
  • Bridge Teams
  • Act as a creative liaison between customers and our technical team - translating visual goals into actionable model improvements.
  • Push Boundaries
  • Experiment with prompt engineering, image-to-image workflows, and new visual directions to discover innovative looks.

What you bring with you:

  • Customer Orientation: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide customers, address their needs, and incorporate their feedback into AI model development.
  • Technical Skills: experience with AI art platforms such as Stable Diffusion, Flux, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in digital art and a strong sense of composition and detail.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the gaming industry, including game art design and workflows.
  • A strong eye for visual design, solid grasp of artistic principles such as composition, color, and form

Nice to Have:

  • A portfolio showcasing AI-generated or game-related artwork.
  • Background in game art or technical art.
  • Marketing experience
