ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Operations Manager will serve as the CEO's right hand and be responsible for the

operational execution of Tech7's activities, including direct team management, task

prioritization, and cross-project coordination. The role includes managing schedules and

staffing, leading tender and partnership processes, supporting the planning and

establishment of new programs (including budgets and recruitment of lecturers and

mentors), overseeing financial and administrative operations such as payment requests,

invoicing, and budget reporting, driving process improvement and organizational systems,

and managing HR-related processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and

employee wellbeing.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in operations or project management — required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and motivate employees in a fast-paced,
  • dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail alongside a systemic,
  • big-picture perspective.
  • Experience in writing tenders, budget planning, and reporting, a significant advantage.
  • High proficiency in Office applications, , and management systems.
  • High-level English, including the ability to present and communicate with international
  • partners.
  • Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for advancing

the tech ecosystem in southern Israel.
