About Localbird:
Localbird is an AI concierge service that helps vacation rental hosts increase revenue and delight guests by offering local experiences like massages, chefs, and airport transfers. We operate across Mexico, Costa Rica, and the U.S., and we're growing fast.
The Role:
We're hiring a highly organized and proactive team member to take on a role across operations and executive support. You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to keep the business running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of high-priority projects and company initiatives
- Pay contractors and vendors; manage invoices, expenses, and budget tracking
- Assist with financial reports and organize company documents
- Support recruiting: schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
- Help onboard new team members (employees, contractors, partners)
- Book travel, prep for conferences, and coordinate event logistics
- Prep materials for team and marketing
- Handle a range of miscellaneous tasks to support company operations
Requirements:
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and
- Discreet, proactive, and thrives in fast-moving environments
- Bonus: experience in startups, finance ops, or event coordination
