What you'll be doing

We're looking for a data-oriented, execution-driven operator to join one of Wolt Israel's core growth engines. Our team leads strategic city launches, courier onboarding, and end-to-end execution of expansion projects across the country.

In this role, you'll:

  • Own courier recruitment and activation for new and existing markets
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, external partners, and local communities
  • Spend time both in the field (CP-facing) and behind the scenes, building and executing market entry plans
  • Play a key role in shaping and driving business growth through smart operations and AI-augmented processes
