full-time Solution Engineer

to own the development of a mission critical product: our
monitoring system for client account activity on Klaviyo

We're a
bootstrapped, fast moving startup

helping ecommerce brands grow revenue through AI-powered email & sms automation. You'll join a small, sharp team solving real problems and will have the opportunity to grow into a pivotal part of our company.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with founders, CS, product, and engineering to define what matters and how to monitor it

  • Ideate, manage, and transform manual processes into a scalable monitoring product that gives our team real-time visibility into client performance and system health.

  • Build and own our internal monitoring process and system to track client account activity and system health in real time

  • Drive immediate impact on client satisfaction and results by proactively catching and resolving issues and leverage on client 'happy moments'

  • Create smart, immediate alerts for issues like sync failures, missing data, or abnormal performance

  • Build processes, write scripts, integrate APIs (especially Klaviyo), and build lightweight dashboards or alerting pipelines

  • Analyze usage and performance data to improve reliability, alert quality, and internal response time

  • Play a key role in maintaining the performance and trust that clients expect from

What we're looking for:

  • A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and curiosity

  • Quick learner who thrives in a startup environment with high autonomy

  • Analytical thinker with a passion for solving real-world technical challenges

  • Solid foundation in Computer Science (education or practical experience)

  • Comfortable working with APIs, basic scripting, and backend logic

  • Someone who's excited to grow and become a core part of the team

  • Bonus: experience with Python, SQL, Klaviyo, Shopify, AWS or monitoring tools
