Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Hiring Ownership – Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: from kick-off and sourcing to interviews and offer management
  • Strategic Talent Partnership – Understand business needs, provide market insights, and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations
  • Candidate & Stakeholder Experience – Build trust with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for every candidate
  • Talent Brand & Inclusion Champion – Promote our employer brand, foster diversity and inclusion, and build external relationships that expand our reach
  • Recruitment Analytics & Optimization – Monitor hiring metrics, leverage tools like ATS and LinkedIn insights, and drive process improvements

Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment
  • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Experience in employer branding and inclusive recruitment strategies
  • Ability to analyze hiring data and improve outcomes
  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field – an advantage

Nice to Have
  • Success in reducing time-to-hire and boosting direct sourcing effectiveness
  • Background in talent planning or HR business partnering
  • An active voice on social media supporting talent and employer branding
