We're looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us scale globally while creating an employee experience that's thoughtful, engaging, and truly people centric. This role offers a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in recruitment and, as we grow, develop broader HR Partner responsibilities.

In this hybrid role, you'll lead global hiring efforts and take ownership of important moments along the employee journey — from onboarding to offboarding, engagement surveys, round tables, and more. What You'll Do

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle globally — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and coordinating offers for a variety of roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to really understand their team's needs and design hiring strategies that work
  • Create a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the process
  • Continuously improve our recruiting processes, tools, and reporting to make sure we stay efficient and scalable as we grow
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, making transitions smooth and employee experiences positive
  • Monitor the employee journey through engagement surveys and round-table discussions to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Turn employee feedback and data into clear, actionable plans that help drive business success and support people's growth
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied — and always look for ways to optimize and evolve them as we grow

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Partner who's excited to play a key role in building a global, people-first company. If you're energized by the idea of creating great hiring experiences and helping shape how we grow – we'd love to meet you

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition – ideally in fast-growing or global environments
  • A track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you're someone who knows how to connect, influence, and collaborate
  • The ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setting
  • A proactive mindset – you notice what's missing, and you take initiative to make it better
  • Experience supporting business growth by making sure the right people are in the right roles
  • Bonus points if you bring experience in HR Partnering or broader HR domains – while the core focus of this role is recruitment, it offers opportunities for professional growth into wider HR responsibilities
  • Fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
