Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Facilitate the interview process and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter.

  • Full understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Strong sourcing and candidate generation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English - written and spoken - Must
