The Opportunity

We're looking for a
Senior RevOps Manager / Revenue Systems Lead
to drive end-to-end Lead-to-Cash transformations for our clients.

This role combines
executive-level strategy
with
hands-on Salesforce expertise
, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business architecture, CRM systems, and AI-driven Revenue Operations.

You'll lead high-impact projects, work directly with CROs/COOs/VPs, design revenue processes, and build scalable, data-driven systems that fuel growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle RevOps projects: discovery → process design → architecture → build → QA → enablement → go-live → optimization.
  • Design
    Lead-to-Cash
    strategies, revenue workflows, lifecycle models, SLAs, and key funnel KPIs.
  • Build and optimize Salesforce environments: objects, permissions, flows, automations, validation, reporting & dashboards.
  • Plan and support integrations across the revenue stack (Salesforce + marketing/CS/finance tools), including data mapping and sync logic.
  • Drive AI-enabled efficiencies: predictive insights, automated workflows, smarter reporting, intelligent RevOps processes.
  • Lead client workshops and executive sessions; manage expectations, communicate clearly, and become a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, SOPs, and scalable operational frameworks.

Time split:
~50/50 to 70/30 between hands-on system work and strategic client leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years
    in RevOps / Sales Ops / Revenue Systems / CRM Implementation.
  • Deep Salesforce experience
    (flows, architecture, data model, automations, reporting).
  • Strong experience working directly with senior leadership (CRO/COO/VP Sales).
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end CRM or Lead-to-Cash implementations.
  • Data-driven mindset: funnel metrics, forecasting, pipeline health, attribution.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge clients thoughtfully (not a "yes-person").
  • Strong English — comfortable working with US-based clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with clarity and independence.

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot knowledge.
  • Experience with CRM migrations or complex multi-BU transformations.
  • Familiarity with compensation & commissions models.
  • iPaaS / API experience (Zapier/Make/Workato).
  • Background in analytics, finance, or business operations.
