Social Team Lead
to spearhead our social presence and community engagement strategy.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience managing social media in the gaming, entertainment, or digital content space.

  • Native-level English communication – written and verbal.

  • Strong understanding of American digital culture and player psychology.

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills tailored for community engagement.

  • High attention to detail and ability to balance creative quality with fast execution.

  • Experience working closely with design and content teams.

  • Background in gaming or social casino content – a strong advantage.

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment – a plus.

Responsibilities:

As Social Team Lead, you'll be responsible for shaping our social media voice, leading creative campaigns, and managing a small, high-performing team to grow and engage our player community.

  • Own and execute the overall
    social media and communit strategy
    across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, and more).

  • Develop and manage the
    monthly and weekly content calendar
    , ensuring alignment with game launches, events, and promotional goals.

  • Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists and content creators.

  • Develop engaging creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and new feature announcements to boost player engagement and brand loyalty.

  • Oversee copywriting for social media posts, in-game messages, and community announcements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the design, monetization, product, and operations teams to ensure unified messaging and asset quality.

  • Monitor platform performance and community feedback, using insights to optimize strategy and improve player sentiment.

  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all content.
