We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our growing CS team and help shape the future of restaurant tech. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team in a role that sits at the heart of our client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Onboarding and Training:
Assist with onboarding new restaurant customers, providing training on how to effectively use and maximize the benefits of the Ontopo platform
- Customer Support:
Provide timely and effective support to restaurant customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to the Account Manager as needed
- Collaboration:
Work closely with product, tech, and account management teams to continuously improve the partner experience
- Conduct pre-launch training sessions for businesses, either remotely or on-site, based on their type and specific needs
- Be a friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive voice for our restaurant community
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience as a manager in the Hospitality industry, preferably in restaurants -
Must-have - Exceptional

with the ability to provide clear explanations and training tailored to the client
- Tech-savvy and confident with software tools
- Team Player, Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
