We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Student Position) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for tech-savvy students who want to gain hands-on experience in fintech while helping customers and shaping the future of global payments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Use AI-powered tools to optimize support operations and improve customer experience.
- Build and maintain scalable knowledge bases and self-service tools.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs and suggest improvements.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when needed.
Requirements
- Student status – must be currently enrolled in an academic program.
- Native-level English (spoken and written) – a must.
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew (spoken and written).
- Strong interest and affinity for technology (fintech, apps, digital tools).
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
- Advantage: Students in Economics, Business Administration, or Technology-related fields.
- Advantage: Previous experience in a financial company or fintech environment.
- Advantage: Familiarity with platforms such as Intercom, Jira, or Monday.
Working Hours
- Remote, shift-based role.
- Flexible scheduling throughout the week, including weekends.
- Availability for 4-5 shifts per week (weekday and weekend shifts).
- Typical shifts:
- Weekdays (Sun–Thu): 08:00–16:00 or 16:00–00:00
- Weekends (Fri & Sat): 08:00–16:00 or 16:00–00:00
