We're looking for a VIP Customer Support Specialist to join our elite VIP team. This role is dedicated to delivering white-glove service to our most valuable players, ensuring their experience is seamless, personalized, and rewarding. If you excel at building relationships, enjoy providing premium service, and can manage back-office operations with precision, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle VIP support tickets end-to-end, providing timely, empathetic, and personalized assistance through multiple support channels.
  • Provide high-touch, premium service to VIP players, maintaining a professional and friendly tone in every interaction.
  • Execute predefined VIP operations tasks in systems such as Dynamo or other CRM and back-office tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Monetization, Product, and Support) to address VIP-specific needs.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate the VIP experience and contribute ideas for exclusive player events or perks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or account management, ideally with VIP or high-value customer segments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar; knowledge of Zendesk Explore is a plus.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and performing back-office operations with accuracy and efficiency.
