SOW:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via email, chat, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot system, network, and peripheral issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Manage IT inventory and coordinate procurement.
  • Conduct user onboarding, training, and orientation.
  • Document all incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when needed.

Skills & Tools:

  • Windows, macOS, SCCM, JAMF, Tanium
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • PowerShell scripting (basic)
  • ServiceNow / MDM tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years' experience in desktop/IT support
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (preferred)
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL (advantageous)
