Sales Trader – Trading Room / Client Management

Role Summary

We are building a next-generation client management team that merges trading floor

intensity with data-driven account growth. As a Sales Trader, you will sit on the trading

desk, manage your own portfolio, and play a critical role in driving revenue, client

satisfaction, and day-to-day FX execution.

What You'll Be Doing

 Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients in the FX and cross-border payments space

 Execute FX trades and manage exposure, ensuring operational accuracy and market

competitiveness

 Be a proactive commercial partner to your clients: understand their needs, suggest

solutions, follow up, and monetize relationships

 Prepare and send daily/weekly reports to clients and support periodic performance

reviews

 Use internal BI tools and CRM dashboards to identify trends, client behavior, and

revenue opportunities

 Collaborate closely with the broader Client Management team to ensure alignment,

coverage, and process discipline

 Handle pressure calmly, maintain focus, and avoid operational errors in a high-tempo

trading environment

What We're Looking For

 Commercial drive with a sales-trader mindset — you build trust while growing revenue

 3–5 years of experience in trading, dealing, client management, or capital markets

 Strong understanding of FX products and corporate treasury needs

 Comfortable working with data dashboards, exposure tools, and trade reports

 Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

 Strong time management and ability to handle multiple conversations and tickets in

parallel

 Experience in a trading room or front-office financial environment is a plus

 Licensed Financial Advisor (רישיון יעוץ/שיווק השקעות) – advantage
