PA & Admin (Maternity Leave Replacement)

We're looking for a PA & Admin Superstar to join Earnix for a maternity leave replacement — a hands-on, dynamic role at the heart of our growing company.

You'll support our VP Engineering and local management team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently day to day.

What You'll Do:

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the VP Engineering and the local management team

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements

Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications

Support HR and back-office operations, including onboarding, employee recognition, and company events

Assist with office management and logistics to ensure a smooth daily workflow

Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture

You'll Do It Using:

1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or PA roles (army service background – a plus)

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Fluent English – a must

Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Availability for full-time work, with three days a week in the Ramat Gan office
