This 
Account Manager
 position is a 
maternity-leave replacement
 role.

You will own a portfolio of SaaS customers and serve as their primary strategic partner.

You will:

  • Build trusted relationships
    and align our solutions with each customer's business goals to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Lead
    onboarding, technical enablement, and adoption plans, ensuring customers realize maximum value and achieve strong ROI.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for
    upsell and cross-sell
    , conduct Executive Business Reviews, and develop strategies that increase revenue and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate
    across Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and advocate for customer feedback to influence product innovation.
  • Monitor account health and address risks early, ensuring long-term retention and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, managing large and complex accounts.
  • Proven experience in a 
    hands-on customer success role
    , helping customers deploy and realize the value of purchased products.

  • creative, self-starter mentality
     with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    , with a talent for building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; 
    Hebrew a must

    French or Arabic – an advantage
    .
