About
Menomadin, a private holding company led by a dynamic President who oversees multiple businesses. We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and reliable Personal Assistant to support the President's office. In this role, you will work closely with the Personal Manager to ensure the President's schedule, logistics, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This is a high-trust, hands-on position designed for someone early in their career (1–3 years experience) who takes pride in making things work behind the scenes. As the Personal Assistant, you will help manage the President's activities, both business and personal, coordinate travel and logistics, prepare materials as needed, track follow-ups, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Herzliya Pituach, with an immediate start. It is ideal for someone who is service-oriented, detail-driven, and eager to grow within a professional, high-performing environment.
What You'll Do
· Manage the President's dynamic calendar
· Coordinate travel arrangements - flights, ground transport, hotels, and itineraries.
· Track outstanding tasks and follow up to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
· Prepare schedules, agendas, and briefing materials as needed, in collaboration with the Personal Manager.
· Assist with a range of administrative and personal matters, including occasional support for the President's family.
· Work on specific projects alongside the Personal Manager, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
· Organize and maintain documents, records, and information for quick and accurate access.
· Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personal information.
What We're Looking For
·
1–3 years of experience
as a personal assistant, administrative coordinator, or in a similar support role.
· Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related fields).
· Fluent in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written.
· Strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
· Familiarity with or similar task management tools (advantage).
· Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
· Availability during business hours, with occasional flexibility.
