We are looking for a
Join us in leading two of our key manufacturing sites – Vered HaGalil (The chocolate factory) and Beigel Beigel – as we drive operational excellence and innovation in the food industry.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all production operations, including people, processes, materials, safety, quality, and maintenance.
- Manage large-scale manufacturing teams and department heads to meet production KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and strategic capacity development.
What We're Looking For:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (M.Sc. is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience managing large production operations (200+ employees).
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing – a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in a global environment.
