We looking for Marketing Systems Auditor / Marketing Consultant
for a
project-based, remote or hybrid
role.

This role involves conducting a comprehensive audit of our global marketing ecosystem, with a clear distinction between:

  • B2C marketing
  • Israel + global brides
  • B2B marketing

    USA, UK, and Canada

You will review all marketing channels, funnels, processes, and tools; identify gaps; analyze performance data; and provide clear, actionable recommendations. You will also work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to evaluate workflows, messaging, and tools to ensure our marketing systems are efficient and ready to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Audit all existing B2C (Israel + global) and B2B (USA/Europe/Canada) marketing channels and funnels
  • Evaluate the performance and structure of marketing tools, CRM workflows, and email automations
  • Analyze marketing data to identify conversion gaps, user behavior patterns, and optimization opportunities
  • Review messaging, positioning, and visual consistency across all relevant markets
  • Map customer journeys for brides (B2C) and retailers (B2B)
  • Identify bottlenecks and provide a prioritized improvement roadmap
  • Prepare a comprehensive audit report with clear, practical recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams remotely to ensure alignment and understanding of findings
  • Optionally support the initial implementation of recommended improvements (if agreed)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing auditing, marketing consulting, or growth strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing performance data
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and marketing operations
  • Understanding of
    B2B marketing for the USA, UK, and Canada
    -
    required
  • Experience with B2C funnels and DTC customer journeys
  • Experience with
    B2C marketing in Israel
    -
    required
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English;knowledge of Russian is an advantage
  • Experience in the bridal, fashion, or luxury industry -
    strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field -
    preferred
